Why is Brookhaven’s Lynwood Park so popular with Atlanta homebuyers? Is it that the neighborhood is located only minutes from Buckhead and Perimeter office, restaurants and shopping, as well as the Northside/Children’s Hospital complex? Is it the quick access to GA 400 and I-285? Maybe it’s the safe, quiet streets, friendly neighbors and the community park. Some would note the highly-rated public and private schools. It may simply be the charm and curb appeal of the Lynwood Park homes that attract homebuyers. The answer, of course, is that all these things make Lynwood Park a wonderful place to call home.
Something more to consider: Lynwood Park offers homebuyers a great value. The neighborhood features quality new/newer construction with great function, features and floor plans. Homes in Lynwood Park sell from the mid $600s through the mid $800s – an attractive price point that is difficult to find in newer construction in Brookhaven or in any of the popular intown Atlanta neighborhoods.
